These terms apply when you use the Fight iPhone app or thefightapp.com. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
You need to be 13 or older to use Fight. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
Everything you put into Fight, meaning your sessions, notes, goals, weight, injuries, competitions, and coach conversations, stays yours. We store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy.
You give us permission to store, back up, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service. We do not use it to train AI models. If we ever introduce advertising or another commercial use of the service, we will update these terms and the privacy policy and tell you before it takes effect.
Fight is not a medical service. The AI coach produces training suggestions from the data in your log. It is not a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, or certified coach, and it can be wrong.
Never use it in place of qualified medical or professional advice, and never delay getting real medical help because of something it said. If you are injured, in pain, cutting weight, or have any health condition, talk to a professional.
Combat sports carry real risk of injury. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions about what and how hard to train.
Fight is free to use. Fight Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the daily limit on AI coach messages.
Prices may change. If they do, the change applies to renewals after you have been notified, never retroactively to a period you already paid for.
Please do not:
We can suspend or close an account that does any of the above.
Fight is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or available everywhere. Features can change, and parts of the app depend on third-party services that can go down.
The Fight name, logo, app design, and software are ours. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. They do not give you any ownership of it.
You can stop using Fight and request deletion of your account at any time. See the support page for how. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because Apple bills that separately, so cancel that first.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we have to stop operating the service. If we shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can get your data out.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for injury arising from your training decisions, or for lost data beyond what we can restore from backups. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you can notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms as the app develops. Meaningful changes will be flagged in the app or by email. Continuing to use Fight after an update means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, wherever in the world you use the app from. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
