One person builds and answers everything here, so you get a real reply rather than a ticket number.
Email is the fastest route. Include your account email and, if something broke, roughly when it happened.
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign in screen and enter your account email. The reset link opens straight back into the app. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email support and it can be reset manually.
Reset links are meant to hand off to Fight on the same iPhone. Open the email on the device with the app installed. If it opens in a browser instead, copy the link and open it again from Safari on that iPhone.
Yes. Your log lives with your account, so signing in on another iPhone brings everything with it.
Ten a day on the free app. The count resets on your own calendar day, not at some fixed hour on the other side of the world. Fight Pro removes the cap.
That usually means a temporary problem on our side rather than anything wrong with your account. Give it a minute and try again. If it keeps happening, email support with the time it occurred and it can be traced in the logs.
The coach answers using what is in your log. If your sessions, injuries, goals, or upcoming competitions are not recorded, it cannot factor them in. Filling those in sharpens the answers considerably.
No. The coach gives training guidance only. For anything involving an injury, pain, or your health, speak to a doctor or physio.
Open Profile, tap the upgrade card, and choose monthly or annual. Payment goes through your Apple ID and the current price is always shown before you confirm.
Open Profile, tap the upgrade card, then tap "Restore Purchases". That re-checks your Apple ID against the subscription. If it still does not switch over, email support with the Apple receipt and it will be sorted manually.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Fight, then Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Yes. Lifting, running, and conditioning can all be logged alongside your mat time and count toward your totals.
Open the session from the calendar, tap the pencil icon, and change the date. The calendar updates immediately.
Yes, any session, any time. Editing a session recalculates your stats and achievements.
Not from the app yet. If you want a copy of everything on your account, email support and you will get it as a file.
Email support@thefightapp.com from the address on your account and say you want it deleted. Everything goes: training logs, profile, weight history, injuries, goals, and coach conversations. It is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days and cannot be recovered afterward.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Fight Pro subscription, because Apple runs the billing separately. Cancel in Settings, then request deletion.
Bug reports are genuinely welcome. The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
