The log

Log a session in seconds

Discipline, duration, intensity, what you drilled, how it felt. Enough detail to be worth reading back in six months, few enough taps that you will still do it in the car after class.

  • Any art, plus lifting, running, and conditioning
  • Techniques you worked, saved as you type them
  • Notes for rounds, partners, and what to fix next time

The coach

A coach that knows you

Ask what to focus on tonight, how to build a six week camp, or how to keep training around a tweaked knee. Your sessions, injuries, weight, and goals are already in front of it, so you get an answer instead of a questionnaire.

  • Warmups and game plans drawn from your recent sessions
  • Competition prep that counts back from your event date
  • Ten messages a day free, unlimited on Fight Pro

The proof

Watch the work stack up

Every day you train fills in. Weekly, monthly, and yearly totals sit at the top of the app, competitions are marked in gold, and your rank climbs as the hours go in. Consistency gets very hard to lie to yourself about.

  • Week, month, and year totals at a glance
  • Ranks and badges that unlock from real volume
  • Body weight tracked next to your training

Everything else

The rest of the gym bag

The small things you would otherwise keep in a notes app, a spreadsheet, and three different timers.

Round timer

Set round length, rest, and sets. Runs in your pocket with a horn on the buzzer so you can drill without watching the clock.

Competitions and fights

Add an event and the app counts down to it, flags your prep window, and records the result and how it finished afterward.

Weight tracking

Log body weight and watch the trend over a week, a month, or the whole year. Useful when a weight cut is coming.

Goals

Set a target, whether that is sessions per week, a submission you want landed, or a belt. The app tracks it and tells you when it is done.

Injury log

Record what is hurt and how bad. The coach factors it in instead of telling you to go hard on a bad shoulder.

Full history

Every session you have ever logged stays searchable by date, synced to your account, and yours to keep.

A look inside

Built to be opened between rounds

Fast, quiet, and readable with one thumb and a taped-up hand.

FAQ

Questions

Which martial arts does Fight work for?

All of them. Nothing in the app is specific to one art, so BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, judo, MMA, karate, and anything else all log the same way. You can also log lifting, running, and conditioning alongside your mat time.

What does the AI coach actually know about me?

Your recent sessions, the techniques you have been working, your goals, logged injuries, weight history, and any upcoming competitions. That is why it can answer a question like "what should I drill tonight" without you explaining your situation first. It is training guidance, not medical advice.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Your log is stored against an account so it syncs and survives a lost or replaced phone. Signing up takes an email address and a password.

Is my training data private?

Your training log is yours. It is never shown to other users, your coach conversations are not used to train AI models, and you can have everything permanently deleted whenever you want. The privacy policy spells out exactly what is collected and who processes it.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Fight is iPhone only right now. Android is on the list, and following @thefightapp is the fastest way to hear when it lands.

How do I cancel Fight Pro?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Fight there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@thefightapp.com from the address on your account and everything is permanently removed within 30 days. See support for the details.
